WHAT IS THE PET WELFARE PROJECT?
The Pet Welfare Project was created by actress, singer, writer Karole Foreman. It is a performing arts initiative whose goal is to bring education and awareness about animal welfare to children and families.

WHO ARE WE?
Karole has put together a team of creatives who believe in using their artistic superpowers for good! We have pooled our talents to create entertaining and educational projects to teach children about animal welfare.

OUR CURRENT PROJECT.
Our current musical show (for children ages 3 and up and their families) is entitled BUDDY'S BIG DAY OUT! This high energy and entertaining musical teaches young people the importance of caring for their animal companions. The show is about Buddy, a six month old Beagle pup, who gets out of the house and meets an abandoned standard poodle named Gemma. They both end up at the shelter where they meets Max the guinea pig, Mao the cat, and Pit Bull Pete. Their new friends dream of forever homes and teach Buddy about the importance of humans to care for their animal companions.

WHAT IS OUR GOAL?
To help alleviate the suffering and abandonment of animals and to help our animal companions find safe and loving homes. We will do this by creating performances and art projects that advocate for spaying and neutering, pet adoption, microchipping, education, and exploring different ways pet owners can care for their lifelong companions.
WHAT YOU CAN DO.
